With the Case V-Sharpening kit sharpening system, 50153 you quickly sharpen your knives in a fixed 23 degree sharpening angle. Two Soft Arkansas natural sharpening stones with a grain size of approximately J600 grit are included. As such you never have to sharpen that long. This sharpening system also contains a bottle of 30 ml sharpening oil.
